How Can Constant Tinnitus That Fluctuates In Terms Of Loudness Be Treated?

Hi I have a serious problem I am seriously bugged with a electronic or magnetic bug that makes perfect sound. Loud or low volume changes all day all night high pitch noise that is constantly huming a long with voices. They tend to do it at night when I sleep and it s the first thing I hear when I wake up. I know it s people behind all of that and I m being terroristized and torcherd I need help been to a ears and throat specialist several ER trips and I m unable to get a cat scan of my whole body. What do I do? the police will not help me, they sent me to the mental side of the hospital crazy house I had a evaluation they asked me one question do they have a lot of money I answered I don t think so and they released me a few hours later.

Tinnitus is common issue and most causes are benign and temporary. However it this lasts for longer period then it should be evaluated. Tinnitus can occur due to causes like chronic ear infection, perforated eardrum, Eustachian tube dysfunction, Meniere's disease, TMJ disorders, Acoustic Neuroma etc. Tinnitus is not a disease in itself but it is a symptom that indicates that there is some underlying illness. I would suggest you to consult an otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like audiometry, X-ray MRI can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly.
In case if ringing does not resolve then you can be advised medicines like tricyclic anti-depressant like Amitryptiline, anti anxiety medication like Alprazolam, as well as Multivitamin supplements can be advised.
