Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Lower backache may be due to improper posture. You can take tab. tylenol after consultation. For constiaption take syp. lactulose after consultation. Drink lot of fluids. Kindly consult with orthopedician for detailed examination. You may require MRI back region. Apply diclofenac gel or ointment locally.

Take care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
