General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Should take:
- plenty of water and fluids
- gentle laxatives at bedtime to ease bowel movement
- lactulose to soften the stool
- fiber supplement and fiber rich foods

It might take a few more days or weeks for the bowel movement to get back to normal again. Avoid unusual eating habits.

All the best.
