How Can Cough And Cold Along With Appetite Loss Be Treated?

Hello, I have a cough, runny nose, loss of appetite, I feel warm, weak/sleepy, I may of had a fever (no thermometer to check for sure). This started Friday night, Saturday and Sunday were the worst days, 95 degree weather is not helping. I am feeling a little better today,

if viral infection then it is self limiting. can apply nasibion nasal drop, loss of appetite can be associated to viral infection with recovery it will be alright
