Hello,

As your toddler is just 2 years old. It is a very common age for a cough and cold. He will gradually develop immunity against it. Steroids are not recommended unless the condition is very severe. Salbutamol nebulizer will help relieve symptoms. Other normal medication can be used to relieve symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
