How Can Cough And Fever In A Child Be Treated?

Hi! My child us coughing since last night and has slight fever. It seems he has dry cough and his throat pains qhile coughing...His voice has also gone down. Can you pls suggest me somethg so that the sore is cleared.I am giving him crocin and chericof LS.

After reading your post, it seems that your child might be having laryngitis.
I would suggest that you should get him clinically examined and investigated by an ENT specialist.
An antibiotic may be needed for curing the infection. A throat swab culture will help in planning further medical management.
