Hello,

Random pain and fever may be due to many causes. Like a viral fever or peripheral vascular disease or anemia or renal failure or restlessness leg syndrome etcetera. Unless examination, it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
