How Can Cough, Dandruff, Headaches, Premature Ejaculation And Discharge From Mouth Be Explained?

hi doctor daily i find cotton in my belly button i am male age 34 , i have problems cough, dandruf, head ache, some dirt like dandruf comes on my ears some patches at under arms and i have problem of premature ejaculation . before 2 years i took medicine for tb. some times some kind of fluid comes through mouth while i travell in bus.

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem getting dandruff and patches can be most likely due to fungal infection. Taking anti fungal drugs like Fluconazole weekly once for 1 month will be helpful for this. This is a prescription drug and given in dosage of 150mg. I also recommend using ketoconazole soap and take vitamin C supplements. Follow up chest X rays and sputum AFB test should be done to make sure you are free from TB. HIV test should be done to be on safe side also. Take healthy food with good quality protein. Reason for premature ejaculation can be most likely due to anxiety and stress. So stress relaxation exercises like breathing exercises will be helpful also. If that is not helping then short acting SSRIs like Dapoxetine prior to intercourse will be helpful.
