Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...i have smoked for only the last 4 months about 10 roll your own filterless cigarettes per day and stopped a month ago due to coughing sputum and breathessness i am still breathless and cannot sleep as well as before will this improve over time or is it permanent ?

The problems of cough and breathlessness are often caused by smoking. This is also causing you difficulty in sleeping.
I would still suggest you to visit a physician ang get evaluated for respiratory functions.
