How Can Creatinine Levels Be Lowered?

My creatine levels last Wednesday read 1.62. I need to get to a 1.30 or below by this Wednesday. Lots of water, chamomile tea, and vegetables. Is it possible to get to 1.30 by then? I stopped protein shakes, and creatine powder a few weeks ago.
