How Can Creatinine Levels Be Lowered?

hi good day doc. imcliff from the Philippines I started dialysis at the age of 20 and ivveen dialized for 5 years now. my brother is 26 years old and in his lab results it says that his creatinine is 1.92 and has trace of protien. dic how can we lower his creatinine and prevent further damage in the kidneys. thank you

Hi,

Consult a nephrologist and get evaluated. As the first line of management, we can try diuretics and if creatinine is persistently high then you might require dialysis.
