How Can Creatinine Levels Be Reduced?

I am suffering from renal problem for last 16 month , my creatinane was 2.5 when it was dected, I had a pas history of hlab27positive, followed by jaundice and sevier eyeritos all of them had gradually disapered from the body ,after that I had some urine flow problem followed renal problem as both the kidney is detected to be shorten in size, after asrtict diating, whenever I am taking medicine related to kidney my creatine is increasing within a year it shoot 12.33,doctor suggested me dilasis and I did the same but after 02dilasis it came down to 6.9 but then when releases from hospital and wiring a week after continuing the latest dilasis online system twice a week my creatin is o.9.3,? Doctor I am36 +newly married a privetefirm employee ,please help me if something can be done..
