How Can Cystic Acne Be Treated?

Am having cystic acne over my armpit (axila) and over my genital area ! Am having huge acne like cysts on my face and neck which are painful ! I had a swab taken from armpit cyst and given for culture to find over growth of Proteus mirabilis ! This is so recurrent ! Suggest me a treat ment! I ve been on isotretinoin for 5 months ! And cystic acne worsen when I masterbate or have sex ! Please suggest me a treat ment !

I feel you are having acne conglobata and hidradenitis suppurativa. These two conditions are components of follicular occlusion triad. As you are on Isotretinoin, please continue that which is the best treatment for cystic acne. But for the lesions over axilla and groin, consult your dermatologist immediately. Delay in consultation can lead to worsening of the condition.
