How Can Dark Spots On The Legs Be Treated?

Just started to use meth, last time I got tiny bubble bites on my legs only ,scratched them and left scares,looks like bug bites but def not, afraid of this on my face ECT. Not addicted yet but even a few times a year I don t want this, plus the white soars on tongue hurts. Common ?

As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
