General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The dark skin under breasts is due to excessive sweating and added fungal infection. The management consists of:
- Reduce excessive sweating.
-Take frequent baths.
-Change clothes often. Wear only cotton clothes, i.e. hosiery ones.
-Use antifungal dusting powder in day time and the antifungal ointment, like Multifungin, when you are indoors.
-Consult a skin specialist for oral antifungal.

Skin conditions need a prolonged management so please follow doctor's instructions and self care sincerely.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
