How Can Date Of Conception Be Confirmed?

My last period was June 30th. I have been having sore breast and cramping for about 3 weeks. I took a pregnancy test today and it was positive ( not a faint positive). Still have 4 days before my period is due. From my calculations I m 3w 4d. It it possible I could be further along?

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about pregnancy date.
As you said it was 30th July when you had last period (last day of bleeding). That means 5Th day of period, so if we go for an ideal menstrual period of 28 days. Your ovulation date would have been at 9th August. So the pregnancy conception date will be either 10th, 11th or 12th of July.
You can now calculate as per the current date. That means you must calculate first day of your pregnancy 11th July.
