How Can Date Of Conception Be Confirmed?

Trying to find out if possible. I had sex with my girlfriend on the 12 day of may 2017. On the 20th of may she says she is pregnant. On the 6.1.2017 she goes to the dr and confirms she is pregnant. The paper works said she was 4 weeks pregnant on 6.1.2017 when test was taken. According to the paperwork her LMP was on 5.4.2017. I am puzzled because from time we had sex on 5.12.2017 she should not be 4 weeks at this time..... can some help me with calculation. Note on 7.24.2017 the sonogram showed baby measured at 12 weeks but by LMP she was 11weeks and 4days.... the due calculation websites are confusing. If no help please tell me who I contact to help with my calculations thanks.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about the pregnancy.
You will not get exactly the days of pregnancy anywhere because it is always in range to calculate the size and put it into weeks. Also it depends upon the genetic make up of the developing fetus, how fast and how much will he grow though also upon the health of mother too.

You can take help of expert sonologist or embryologist to get some verifications.
But as I told you there can be difference of week or two while calculating the size and put it into the days.
