How Can Degenerative Disc Disease With Stomach Pain And Nausea Be Treated?

53 year old female. Diagnosed with degenerative disc disease in my C5-C7, which has caused pain in my right arm, shoulder and neck. But along with that, is the constant feeling of nausea. I feel sick to my stomach all the time. Any suggestions to help with the nausea or other recommendations?
