How Can Delayed And Missed Periods Be Treated?

dear sir/madam i am 22 yrs ..i am having problem of delayed periods since last 3-4 months..i consulted a gaeno and she sugested me a course of 3 moths during which my periods were regular .but after completing that i again missed my last 2 periods of april and may ..can u help me please???
