Hi,

In case you had unprotected sex in the month, go for home pregnancy test after 2 more days of delay(total 8 days delay after expected period day). In case there is no pregnancy, you need a series of tests to know possible hormonal imbalance followed by suitable cause specific treatment by a gynecologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
