Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Considering your age and current clinical symptoms, most likely you are having symptoms of dementia. Dementia is a progressive condition which cannot be treated but can be prevented from further progress. You may require to start on Donepezil for dementia. You also require some behavior and supportive therapy. So, I suggest you to consult a psychiatrist and start on treatment as early as possible.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
