I am nervous for evening to come as I begin to see her stew. Awaiting nursing home consults. In the meantime is it ok to give her 1 pill in evening to help manage her. Hi,

I understand your concerns it may be difficult to care for a patient with dementia. Regarding Lorazepam you can giver her a tablet in the evening as well. We generally give divided dose in elder patients. So you can use it 3 times with care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
