How Can Depression Along With OCD And Backache Be Treated?

I am a 42 yr old female, mother of a 14 yr old girl.I am suffering from depression, skin picking ocd , cleanliness ocd, adenomayosis, back pain and accute domestic violence by husband verbal, emotional, sexual and physicall .I hv a history of depression from the age of 23. I am a working woman holding a responsible post. I am in and out of medicines since 2011.taking antidepressants/ocd for the last 1.5 yrs continuously. I am feeling very v v tired now a days. Will I ever be completely cured ?

OCD is a neurotic disease. It is not completely curable but if managed properly results are very good.
