How Can Depression Along With Fatigue Be Treated?
My daughter is sad,depressed,low energy,irritable,antisocial,rarely happy,sensitive to sound and cold temperature. She is 35 and has been this way for years but seems to be getting worse. She is paranoid about health conditions such as irregular heartbeat

She may want to consider seeing her doctor or a psychiatrist for assessment and treatment..
He or she would want to rule out an organic cause for the the symptoms. This means blood tests to rule out other causes.
There are medications that may be able to help with her symptoms. They would not have to be long term but would likely be required for at least 6 months.
