How Can Depression And Anxiety Be Treated?

I have ADD, serious depression, and anxiety. I have got the ADD controlled fairly well, but i need help with my depression and anxiety. Currently i am taking effexor, seroquel, ativan, lamictal, and its not helping me. What medications would help me? It seems like ive tried them all, and I dont know what to do

hello there, as I can see here you are on so many medicines of different groups for your symptoms. As you have mentioned you need help for your depression and anxiety. Effexor can help you relieving both depression and anxiety. I don't see any need of Seroquel, Ativan and lamictal here. Ativan you can take as and when required basis when you don't get sleep. Effexor you can built gradually starting with 25mg to adequate dose. If It doesn't help then you may consider changing it to drugs like mirtazapine or vilazodone. Get opinion from your psychiatrist on this. All the best
