How Can Depression And Symptoms Of Bipolar Disorder Be Treated?

I have an 18 year old daughter who seems to be suffering from bouts of depression. She can cry at the drop of a hat and can be happy one second and then get mad at me the next. Im not sure where to go to get her help or what could actually be wrong with her.
