How Can Depression Be Treated?

Good evening, my question is that i feel depressed and not being able to focus on work nor do I have that flame that used to get me up in the morning with the feeling of conquering the world., so when I was living in Brea CA my doctor at the time gave me Sertraline hcl 25 lm tablets and to take it 1 tablet daily, with 10 refills. AS I started taking them, I didn t notice any improvements and never refiled the rest, I had moved out of state and did not follow up. now I understand that it takes a while for them to work and perhaps the dosage was low. So What can I do now because I;m feeling worse. Thank you, Mario

Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. Please find my advice below-:
As per your history let us check any pathological point is present in your symptom Depression or not.so first do these tests-
A)serum testosterone
B)FSH
C)LH
D)Vitamin B-12

So after all your pathological test reports normal you will be given treatment for your disorder.
