Yes, I am feeling for the past few months just sad. Most things in my life are going ok. No illness, good marriage, healthy children and grandchildren. I just feel like I lost something in my personality over the past year or so. Not sure why or how to handle this.
After going through your query I understand your concern.
I would like to tell you that depression is a disorder of brain that has variety of causes like, genetic, biological, and psychological factors. Being sad is normal reaction to difficult times in life and this sadness goes away with a little time. Depression is different, it can cause you many symptoms like, irritability, guilt.loss of interest, appetite and weight changes etc.
It's recommended for you to consult with a psychologist for proper evaluation and treatment.
Hope this will Help
Kind Regards
