How Can Dermographism With Thigh Bruises Be Treated?

Hello, I am a 29 year old woman who has been suffering from raised rashes for a year and a half. I was told that I have dermographism.I also frequently have large bruises on the outer sides of my thighs. I have seen 2 dermatologists, an endocrinologist, a neurologist, and finally a rheumatologist. The rheumatologist sent me for tests and my ANA test came back positive. She advised me to wait three months and come back for more testing. I have always been healthy and now I do not know what is wrong. I feel lost. Can you please help.
