My diet was irregular Pls advice for a regular timings for food and now for the past 5 days i am feeling very week and it leads to me to be in bed and i am inactive. My age is 39 should i take more tablets. Pls advice me a good diet plan to Lose weight and to be active, with thanks Murali
Dear Murali, You are on a pretty decent dose of medicines. Acarbose 50mg 3 tablets and glycomet 500mg 2 tablets itself can give you gastritis and bloated abdomen. So increasing the dose is not a safe idea. Unfortunately you forgot to mention the current sugar levels. Your tiredness can be caused both by high and low sugars. My opinion is please check FBS, PPBS & HbA1c and send the report for a correct opinion.Alternatively you can meet a Diabetologist in your area with the reports for dose adjustment.. Hope this helps you! Dr.Riyaz Sheriff
