Hi,

Your symptoms suggest gastroenteritis. This may be caused by virus or bacteria or other germs. If this has not settled in few days, and specially if you feel dizzy then it's necessary to see your doctor urgently.

We would need a detailed history and still tests to know about the cause and treat accordingly. Your travel history is important so do mention it to your doctor. For the while taking a lot of fluids and ORS to avoid dehydration.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
