How Can Diarrhea Along With Headaches Be Treated?

I have been diagnosed with cluster headaches. My neurologist recently prescribed me Tegretol. A couple of years ago I was diagnosed with microscopic coilitis, I take no meds for it because they are too expensive. Since August I ve had severe diarrhea. In the last week my head & neck have really bothered me tremendously. I m talking about pain so bad I ve had to grab my head & just hold on until it passes & my diarrhea I feel like has gotten extensively worse. Here is a list of meds I take in case some are working against one another: Estridol (once a day), Tegretol ( one in the morning & one at night) Cymbalta (one at night) & Pentermine (two in the morning). Please help me... I feel awful!!!
