How Can Diarrhea And Abdominal Bloating Be Treated?

I am on the 3rd (and hopefully final) day of stomach flu. I have stopped vomiting but still have diarhrea even when I eat just a few soda crackers. I am also very bloated. I have purchased Wallgreens Loperamade Hydrochloride -- wondering if it is safe to take with all the bloating that I have. Food is going right through me.

Some advice that I can give to you are:
- Take Imodium for the diarrhea
- Take simethicone medication for the bloating
- Eat fibers
- Drink liquids
- Take probiotics
