How Can Diarrhea And Abdominal Pain After Taking Cefdinir Be Treated?
MY husband is 63, normally in good health - had a cold for a couple weeks and went to urgent care Sunday they gave him antibotics - Cefdinir 300 mg he took 2 Sunday and 2 Monday then discontinued them because he got diarraha and abdominal pains. Figured he was allergic. Went to the Doctor yesterday because he has been running a temp around 100, still has diarraha (is drinking water to stay hydrated) and abdominal pains. The PA said he is probably allergic to antiboticis and he should just use over the counter Immodiume and come back Monday if no better. Nothing has changed except he had a headache probably because his temp is now 102.
