How Can Diarrhea And Abdominal Pain Be Treated?

I ve had thebug for two days straight with constant diarrhea. Everything I ate came right. Out after a few mins of eating. Now the diarrhea went away but still have the pains and bubble sensation in my stomach of having to go to the bathroom but it seems Im very constipated now and I can t go to the bathroom. Seem like my butt is blocked inside and all that comes out is just gas What is this ? What can I do ?

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to gastroenteritis. Stool routine will be helpful to rule out infection. Antibiotic therapy and probiotics will be required in such case. If there is no improvement then consultation with gastroenterologist and colonoscopy might be required.
