General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear. Welcome to Healthcaremagic. I read your query and I understand your concern. Colimex is good for diarrhea but I can suggest you to do a stool sample culture to see the cause of the problem. Is it caused by a virus or bacteria. ? If it is bacterial an antibiotic is needed. Meanwhile keep her hydrated ,you can use tresol.
Take care.
Hope my answer was helpful, if you have any questions I'll be glad to help you.
Best regards. Dr.Olgeta Xhufka ( general and family physician ).
