How Can Diarrhea In A Toddler Be Treated?

My daughter is three and a half months - visiting India from USA - has pus cells in poop (was 10-12, is now 30-40) and reaction is acidic (was alkaline) - she’s had diarrhea - color greenish - what do you think it might be? Doing a culture report too.
