How Can Difficulty In Breathing Due To Anxiety Disorder Be Treated?

Hi i just turned 50 but a yer ago i couldnt breathe went to hospital got a shot and xanax and still could not breathe but was sent home.. My doctor put me on anxiety meds and i have copd from what they say. Anyways about 5 months ago i lost 20 lbs without changing diet but think it was water weight seeing i starting making sure i took the water pills.I have been retaining water for years. Well 5 months ago i started bloating very bad and it makes copd worse i cant breathe good my stomache is huge and im afraid of what is wrong. I seem to be retaining more water and i have many health problem but heart disease runs straight through my family. Why would i start bloating like this all day long for the past 5 months. It was an all the sudden thing..Im scared... ..Omgggg Im sorry. I feel like im dieing ...
