How Can Disc And Thoracic Bulging With Heel Pain Be Treated?

Hello Sir/Madam, Iam 27 years old, Female, 143 Cms, 43 Kgs. For the past one month i have pain in my heel portion of both legs.Initially I had pain in my both thigh. Later it turned to pain in heels with burning sensation. Also i have pain in lower back. I took MRI scans and the results said L5/S1 disc show minimal posterior bulge. L4/5 disc shows diffuse bulge perhaps just touching the traversing roots at the lateral recess. Minimal disc bulges seen at L1/2 and L2/3 levels. Thoracic discs show minimal posterior bulge at upper and mid thoracic pain but no major herniation. Please tell me the treatment for this. Also let me know whether it is curable. Iam really Frustrated with this problem Doctor. Please help me.
