HI DOCTOR, I AM 50 YEARS OLD AND A MARATHON RUNNER , DURING ONE OF MY RUN I HAD INJURY AND STARTED GETTING SEVERE ON MY LEFT HIP AND RESULTED IN CAUSING PAIN IF SEATED CONTINOUSLY, LATER GOT MRI DONE AND THIS IS WHAT THE REPORT SAYS " SMALL SIZED POSTEROCENTRAL BULGE OF L4-5 AND L5-S1 DISCS INDENTING THE DURA ANTERIORLY. NO EVIDENT NARROWING OF NEURAL FORAMINA/COMPRESSION OF NERVE ROOTS SEEN BILATERALLY AT THESE DISC LEVELS." PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE EXCERCISE AND CURE OF IT .... THANK YOU, PRASAD
