How Can Disc Bulging With Herniation Be Treated?

hello,
i am shanthi facing frequent guidiness and have taken a mri brain with venogram and cervical spine screening. It Seems C3-C4 disc shows mild posterior bulge causing ventral thecal sac indentation. No evidence of neural foraminal narrowing, reset of the intervertebral dics no siginificant bulge and heniation is present. Please suggest
