How Can Disc Bulging With Narrowing And Indentation Be Treated?

L4-l5 and l5-s1 disc reveals mild defuse osterior and bilateral paracentral bulge causing essacement of antrior subrachnoid space,narrowing of the bilateral nueral foramina with mild identation of bilateral excting l5 ans s1 nerve route..this is what my report says...can i do something about it? i have been in immense pain for about 10 years now...please help me..
