How Can Dispraxia Be Treated?

Hi I have dispraxia I think thats how you spell it and I am just wondering is there anything I can do to slow down my thought process and anything that will help me get more than 3 hours sleep my friends suggested weed but its illegal in the uk any suggestions I have been to my doctor s and he said he cant really do anything about it
