How Can Distorted Hearing Despite Taking Flonase And Claritin-D Be Treated?

Symptom: Sounds like I m in a tunnel when I hear myself talk, went to Doc, ears looked fine, said could be clear fluid in ear, said maybe allergies, using flounase and clariden D. No change in past week, started about 3 weeks ago, have a low ringing in ears (both).

Hi,

In my opinion, you should definitely get done MRI of inner ear today rule out inner ear infection as a cause for your tinnitus. In many cases, exact cause office tinnitus is not identified.

Treatment options for idiopathic (where the cause is not identified) tinnitus are:

1. Reassurance
2. Multivitamin and multimineral tablets
3. Tinnex (ayurvedic tablet).
