How Can Dizziness And Abdominal Cramps Be Treated?

I had 3 bouts of sudden light-headedness, redness of both palms ,then followed by severe abdominal cramps and diarrhea.first bout while eating orange marmalade ( homemade),second bout I drank water with fresh lemon.I Have a vaso-vagal syndrome so both times I fainted due to severe cramps.I saw a Gastroenterologist .I am being treated for Colitis. The third bout I immediately took Benadryl Syrup so the symptoms were not as severe and quickly subsided.I suspected that it maybe a reaction to Pesticide. Please give me your opinion

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The symptoms seem to be related to an allergic reaction.I would suggest to continue using Benadryl daily.
If the symptoms continue you should take prescribed corticosteroids by your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
