14 year old Male Grandson.....Dizzy and tired and is currently on the Freshman Hi...swim polo team...He is swimming everyday...and blood has been drawn...Waiting for results...could there be some bad stuff in the Swimming pool...this is in So. California..Simi Valley, Calif.

Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service. I read your query and here is my advice.
I suspect he may be suffering from diabetes Type 1. He should do fasting glucose levels, post prandial levels, HbA1c.
