How Can Dizziness And Fatigue While On Selenor Be Treated?

My insurance plan will no longer cover Ambien. My doctor proscribed Selenor in its place. I experienced bad side effects from that medication, feeling head achy, dizzy and fatigued the next day. Is there anything better I could take? I am 82 and in good health but have chronic trouble falling to sleep.

Tab. Ativan ones a day at bedtime.
Its free of aide effects and does not cause any harm.
Consume more water and fluids when on sleep medications. They do cause a little dizziness the other day.
