Hello

Thank you for trusting HCM

Dear dizziness due to many causes

but here I'm mentioning few causes here
1.BPPV
2.Acute labyrinthitis
3.vestibular neuronitis
4.Cervical spondylosis
5.Strok
6.Hypotension
etc..

You need to be evaluated with CT brain, ECG and cervical x-ray. If cervical spondylosis is your problem means you need to wear cervical collar and neck support pillow while sleeping.Long term use of vertin may cause side effects. If symptoms not improved please consult your ENT specialist/neurophysician they will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care
