How Can Dizziness Caused By High Carbohydrates Food Be Treated?

I am 38 yeras old, I cannot loose weight,170cm and 84kg,exercice everyday one hour.Eat mostly without carbs.But Suterday I went to a birthdayparty and they had Pizza and brownies,and afterwards I felt as if I would be on a boat with 10m high waves. And since than I am dizzy.I cannot eat anythign with sweat or rice or spagetti, I get very very tired. I checked bloodsuger and it is not so high not even postpradial. I have both antobodies from tiroids high. Like my 2 sisters and also my daughter and my father. And had ovaric Cyst, b ut after taking progesterone I feel much better and without pain during menstruation.But now again since the brownie dizzyness and it does not go away.
