How Can Drinking Dettol Accidentally Effect Health?

About 46 hours ago my 3 year son open the bottle of Dettol and may have drink it, i dont know exactly. when i saw him about 3/4 quantity of dettol was not present in the bottle. Dettol was found on his lips and also colour of water in a nearby tub was cloudy like a diluted milk. Health of son is o.k. after about 1 hour of this incidence i felt that my son has burning in stomach as he was beating his stomach because so far he cant speak. i gave him a feeder of milk after that he was ok. He did not have vomting or burning sensation after ingesting dettol. we did not take him to the doctor assuming that he did not drink dettel, however he try to drink but eventually he dropped it in the water container.Following are my questions:1- Has he drunk Dettol 2- If yes then, does dettol drinking also has slow poisoning effects that will appear after sometime
